Junior Rooms

A comfortable suite equipped with A/C, private bath (hot water), and ceiling fan. These have a variety of bedding arrangements that fit the majority of needs. They range from one double and single bed per room to one double and three singles per room.

Rate: USD$300 per week (7 nights 2 person occupancy) Additional person pays $10 per night. Or $900 per month.

Super Deluxe Rooms

This suite is larger than the Jr. Suite and a fully equipped kitchen, small refrigerator, bar and open-air palm roof rancho with hammocks, table and chairs: Private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The bedding arrangements are either one double or one double and one single per room.

Rate: USD$400 per week (7 nights 2 person occupancy) Additional person pays $10 per night. Or $1200 per month.

Suites Bungalow

A combination of a Junior and Super Deluxe room. Comfort for a larger group includes a double and a single bed per room.

Rate: USD$600 per week. (group of 4 each), USD$1800. Each additional person $10 per night.

Ocean View Villas

See the world from a different perspective, ocean view, more privacy for less. We have two accommodation possibilities a 3 bedroom villa with a double and four singles or our standard villa with a double and two singles. Each villa has a kitchen, private bathroom, and porch. You have an excellent view of Playa Guiones at any hour of the day.

Rate: USD$900 per week, USD $2500 per month. ( 4 person occupancy) each additional person $10 per night.

Villas (Non Ocean View)

Relax in one of our villas, each equipped with their own kitchen, A/C in each bed room, private bath, and porch surrounded by the beautiful jungle setting; A mix of privacy and comfort, for an affordable rate. These villas are located about 10min from Playa Guiones (surfing beach) and easy access to the Nosara Yoga Institutes walking path.

Rate: USD$700 per week, USD $2000 per month. (4 person occupancy) each additional person pays $10 per night.

Cabin #25

The cabin has an open and airy floor plan consisting of a bedroom, living area, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven. It has a large ceramic Patio covered with a full roof for shade, outside dining table and more. A great option for families of 2 or 4 who are looking for an affordable yet comfortable option.

Rate: USD $600 per week, USD$2000 per month

Luxury rooms

Experience the awe inspiring designs of luxury and style in our most beautiful rooms. Each room has its own and unique design equipped with satellite T.V., small fridge, 24 hours internet access, king size bed and Air conditioning. Two person maximum in each suite

Rate: USD $700 per week, USD$2500 per month

All rates quoted are in U.S. dollars based on single or double occupancy. Rates are based on a per room, weekly rates. There is a USD$10 charge per extra adult in the room.
